JLL Capital Markets closes sale of The Connection at Oxford on the campus of the University of Mississippi.

DALLAS, TX, Sept. 6, 2022 JLL Capital Markets has closed the sale of the 816-bed / 300-unit The Connection at Oxford located on the campus of the University of Mississippi. The price was not disclosed.

 JLL worked on behalf of the seller, Trimont Real Estate Advisors LLC. Heritage Properties acquired the asset.
