Dream Finders Opens New Models at Lakewood Park in DeLand, FL

.DeLAND, FL – Two model homes recently opened at Lakewood Park, Dream Finders Homes’ newest single-family home community in DeLand and already more than 50 lots have been purchased.

The community – located near the intersection of Orange Camp Road and Martin Luther King Boulevard – is offering five different three and four-bedroom plans to be built on a total of 220 homesites, and several of them front on nature preserve, according to Gerry Boeneman, Dream Finders Homes’ Division President.

The one-story Poinciana and Bradley models – both located on Havasu Falls Drive – have 1,598 and 2,110 square feet.

Prices in the community start in mid $300,000s for homes that feature programmable thermostats, energy-efficient insulation, carbon monoxide detectors, low VOC interior paint, and WaterSense showerheads and bath faucets.
