Also, The Magellan, which offers three bedrooms and two-and-one-half baths in 2,031 square feet; and The Strauss, a 2,403-square-foot plan with four or five bedrooms and three baths.

Boeneman said a bonus for buyers is that all closing costs will be paid when a Dream Finders Homes’ preferred lender is used.
