JLL Capital Markets welcomes Leigh Poulton to its multi-housing investment sales and advisory team

 Pittsburgh, PA, Feb. 22, 2022 – JLL Capital Markets announced today that it has welcomed Director Leigh Poulton to its multi-housing investment sales and advisory team. 

 

Poulton sits in the Pittsburgh office and reports to Senior Managing Directors Mark Popovich and Nick Matt, who both serve as co-heads of the Pittsburgh office of JLL Capital Markets.

Poulton will primarily work alongside Nick Matt, Nick Unkovic and the rest of the Pittsburgh Investment Sales and Advisory team, and her focus will be on the greater Pittsburgh region as well as eastern Ohio.

Poulton joins JLL with almost eight years of commercial real estate experience. She most recently worked with Cushman & Wakefield as a Director, focusing on multi-housing and development opportunities throughout the Pittsburgh region.

 Prior to her role with Cushman & Wakefield, Leigh graduated from the CBRE Capital Markets Associate Program, where she concentrated on growing Pittsburgh’s footprint in the small- to mid-Capital Market multi-housing space. 

 

Poulton earned both her bachelor and master’s degree from Duquesne University.
