Barrios Engineering, LLC, a full-service civil engineering firm doing business in greater Orlando for more than 15 years, closed on a three-year lease at Phillips Place and relocated its operations into the 1,778 square foot space.
Woof Gang Bakery, Inc.
providing pet care products and services signed a lease for 2,147 square
feet. The multi-national company with over 200 retail locations will
continue their tenancy at Phillips Place for the next five years.

The Heather Childers, DDS dental
practice signed a three-year lease for 1,860 square feet to continue offering
her state-of-the-art family and cosmetic dentistry at Phillips Place.
Hold-Thyssen, Inc. is the leasing and management
representative for the 56,000 square foot Phillips Place, which is currently 98
percent leased.
The real estate services firm provides
commercial property brokerage and leasing and management services to
institutional and private investor clients nationwide.
The
40-year old firm’s current portfolio includes more than 100 commercial
properties throughout the United States.
