San Diego, CA – NewMark Merrill Companies, Inc., a Calabasas, California-based retail shopping center owner and development company, is pleased to announce it has promoted Michael Mendez to Vice President of Operations of NewMark Merrill’s Southern Region in California, covering San Diego County and surrounding areas. Previously, he served as Regional Property Manager for the same region.
Mendez
joined NewMark Merrill as an assistant property manager in the South Region in
2004 when the company owned and operated five properties in the market.
With
his assistance, the company has grown its South Region portfolio to 33
properties encompassing 3.3 million square feet and valued at more than $1
billion.
