MIRAMAR,
FL – Catholic Health Services (CHS) and Catholic Housing Management (CHM), affiliates of the Archdiocese of Miami, in partnership with Atlantic
Pacific Companies (A|P), and
in conjunction with funding partners Broward
County, First Housing Development
Corporation, Florida Housing
Finance Corporation, and Wells
Fargo, will hold a grand opening for Casa
Sant’Angelo on Friday, August 11, 2023.
The high-quality
affordable housing community is located in Miramar, FL for seniors who are 62
years and older. It is the first development to benefit
from the new city code in Miramar that provides Impact Fee Waivers to
affordable housing.
"We
are excited to open our 18th senior housing community in South Florida.
This community brings 113 apartments to independent low-income
seniors.

The
mid-rise building boasts 113 one- and two-bedroom units.
