FORT LAUDERDALE, FL, Nov. 20, 2023 – Native Realty is making a big splash in the residential brokerage world with the addition of several residential agents, led by Whitney Dutton.

Dutton is one of Fort Lauderdale’s top-producing residential agents, personally generating $225 million in total sales volume and over 325 sales transactions since 2018.
He brings agents Chris Sedlak and Arber Balani with him on the sales front, along with Tricia Dutton and Ashlie Singer as client support specialists, to Native. All were previously affiliated with Re/Max First off Las Olas. Chris Sedlak
While with Re/Max, Dutton consistently ranked in the firm’s top spot for annual transaction output, gross commissions and ranked as the No. 7 agent for Remax in Florida for 2021.

Dutton grew up in the real estate industry in Ohio, as his grandfather founded Dutton Auction and Realty in 1959. His grandfather and father expanded the company from managing sales of cattle, livestock, farmland and personal property into a full-service brokerage that handled residential and commercial real estate sales and auctions.

From there, Dutton commenced his award-winning decade with Re/Max and quickly became one of Fort Lauderdale’s premier residential Realtors.
