Lee & Associates grows North Carolina presence with expansion into Charlotte

CHARLOTTE, NC – Lee & Associates, the largest broker-owned commercial real estate firm in North America, announces the opening of a new satellite office in Charlotte, North Carolina.

  The office will specialize in industrial and office landlord and tenant representation, with plans to strategically recruit teams to grow their capabilities in land, retail, multifamily, and investment sales.

The Lee & Associates Charlotte team will be led by Greg Pieratt, SIOR as President.

Pieratt, a 20-year industry veteran, specializes in tenant representation and investment sales.

Starting his commercial real estate career with Lee & Associates, he has been a Principal in the company for 16 years and has consistently ranked as a top producer for the last 10 years. 

In the last five years, he has represented clients in over 200 sales and leasing transactions totaling more than $1 billion.
