Sacramento, CA.– NewMark Merrill Companies, Inc., a Calabasas, California-based retail shopping center owner and development company, announced that it has been awarded property management of The Nut Tree and Nut Tree Plaza, an iconic 372,225-square-foot retail and entertainment destination located at East Monte Vista Avenue and Nut Tree Road in Vacaville, California, just south of the 505 and 80 Interstate Freeways.
