Wesley Chapel, FL  --  CrossMarc Services, LLC, one of the Southeast’s fastest growing commercial real estate investment, brokerage and advisory firms, represented the tenant in a new long-term lease at Mansfield Wesley Chapel Shopping Center at the corner of Wiregrass School Road and Mansfield Blvd. in Wesley Chapel.

The highly visible 2,066 square foot new construction restaurant space will be home to Kuma Ramen & Boba, the newest sit-down casual dining concept from the creators of Best Thai & Sushi, also in Wesley Chapel.

The Kuma Ramen & Boba restaurant will start with a staff of eight when it opens in early 2025 at 2557 Mansfield Blvd. Wesley Chapel.  Other tenants at the shopping center include Enterprise Rent-a-Car and 7-Eleven.
