John Crossman of CrossMarc Services Joins Local CRE Experts As Panelist at CCIM Institute’s Mid-Year Market Update

ORLANDO, FL --- John Crossman, president of CrossMarc Services in Winter Park will be on a panel of commercial real estate experts at the Central Florida Chapter of the CCIM Institute’s 2024 Mid-Year Market Update Wednesday May 22 at Harry P. Leu Gardens in Orlando.

The event, which begins with 8 a.m. check-in and breakfast in the Camellia Room at Leu Gardens 1920 N. Forest Ave., runs until 10:30 a.m. and will be moderated by Chris Cucci of Climate First Bank.

Crossman, who ranks as one of the most prolific retail property leaders in the U.S., will discuss retail developments and trends.

 Three other experts completing the panel discussion are Craig Ustler, Ustler Development, Inc. expert on multifamily; Mary Frances West, NAI Realvest, expert on office and Monica Perez Wonus, expert on industrial.
