Denver, CO -- Martin Huff has joined DXD Capital as Director of Investor Relations, based in Denver, CO.
Most recently, Martin oversaw
two major adaptive reuse mixed-use developments (Highside Market and Midcity Yards) as a Principal with The Cotton Companies in his
hometown of Columbus, GA.
Additionally, Martin played a
pivotal role in the expansion of Fetch Park (now five locations), where he led real estate
development and construction for the urban dog park and bar concept.
Martin spent the prior 13 years in Spartanburg, SC, where
he served as the Director of Operations for Morning View Communities (nine
communities across four states), a prominent manufactured home property
management company, and nine years at The Johnson Group, a family
office. There, he contributed to the self storage team's strategic nationwide
growth, encompassing over 65 ground-up developments with over $800M in project
cost.
Martin received his Bachelor of Arts from Wofford College.
