OUTER BANKS, NC—Hospitality industry veteran Wendy Hoekwater has formed Net Growth Marketing, LLC, a marketing and sales consulting firm specializing in scaling small- to mid-sized companies in hospitality, travel and tourism.

A 20-year hospitality veteran, Hoekwater most recently served as vice president
of marketing and sales with Surf or Sound Realty, a premier
vacation rental property management company with more than 600 vacation
rental homes in the Outer Banks.
