Austin Expansion Marks the Third Lee & Associates Office in Texas

AUSTIN, TX – Lee & Associates, the largest broker-owned commercial real estate firm in North America, announces the opening of a new office in Austin, Texas led by Adam Green, SIOR as President.

The office will specialize in industrial tenant representation, leasing, sales, and acquisitions, as well as land. Lee & Associates Austin plans to strategically recruit teams to grow their capabilities in office, retail, multifamily, and data centers.

Austin native Adam Green has an established career in commercial real estate, backed by nearly 12 years of experience in the industry. After earning his degree in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin, he spent his career at Stream Realty Partners, where he developed a strong reputation for his expertise in industrial transactions.

 Green has been consistently recognized on the ABJ Heavy Hitters and Costar Powerbroker lists. With a record of over 750 transactions and $1.5 billion in deal volume, Green’s expertise will be instrumental in advancing Lee & Associates’ growth in the Austin market.
