MARGATE, FL, Sept. 14, 2018 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate investment services firm with offices throughout the United States and Canada, today announced the sale of Life Storage, a 64,629-square-foot self-storage located in Margate, FL, according to Michael L. Glass, Regional Manager of the firm’s Columbus, OH office. The asset sold for $12,650,000.
