Saint Cloud, FL – NAI Realvest, an Orlando-based real estate industry leader with a global footprint, has closed on the $1,050,000 sale of 31 acres of residential land at 4140 Hickory Tree Rd. in St. Cloud . 

Veronica Malolos Broker at NAI Realvest negotiated the sale on behalf of the sellers, Mony Nhim, Steven Nhim, Dara Chay, and Sokhim La of Buena Park , Calif.   
    

Frank Cawthon

Prominent Windermere developer Frank Cawthon, d/b/a FHC2, LLC is the buyer who owns the adjacent land with a master plan that combines both properties for a 55-acre community with 165 lots for single-family homes.   

Malolos said Deer Run Estates is the buyer’s 10^th project in the Narcoossee corridor and with the new development Deer Run Road is slated to become a major east-west connector between Canoe Creek and Narcoossee Roads.
