Lauderdale commercial real estate firm led by Jaime Sturgis, has
continued its aggressive growth with the addition of John Brewer.

The
real estate agent brings vast hospitality experience to the firm, with a
particular focus on creative restaurant and entertainment concepts.
A South Florida native, Brewer spent more than 20 years in
the hospitality industry in New York, Los Angeles and Las Vegas – among other
markets.
His
work with notable bars, restaurants and nightclubs in those cities gave him
first-hand experience with the kind of place-making that Native Realty is doing
in Fort Lauderdale’s emerging neighborhoods.
As a commercial real estate agent, Brewer has completed
office, industrial and retail transactions. He has made a name for himself
finding solutions for complex deals involving second-generation restaurant
space.

Brewer’s tenant representation in the restaurant sector includes
Zona Fresca Fresh Mex and Bufarella La Pizza Di Napoli.
Before joining Native Realty, Brewer worked with Azor
Restaurant Advisors, Prakas & Co. and Park View Commercial Properties.

Earlier this year, Native Realty announced the additions of
real estate agents Sara Dorfman and Amanda Roy. Dorfman
specializes in multifamily, vacant land and office leasing, while Roy focuses
