 CLERMONT, FL  – With floor plans ranging from 1,856 to more than 5,000 square feet of living space, prospective home buyers should be able to find exactly what they’re looking for at Dream Finders Homes’ Hartwood Landing community.

Hartwood Landing, Dream Finders’ newest single-family home development in Lake County, is offering some of the homebuilder’s most popular signature series floor plans on 50- and 60-foot sites, according to Gerry Boeneman, president of Dream Finders Homes’ Central Florida division.

“In addition we’re currently designing a new series of plans with numerous innovative features for our 40-foot lots that should fit nicely with the lifestyle of residents in this rapidly growing region,” he said.

Both one- and two-story models are available at Hartwood Landing in 11 different floor plans that offer from three to seven bedrooms, two- to four-and-one-half baths, and two or three-car garages, Boeneman said.  Prices start in the $300,000's.

Located on the southwest corner of Hartwood Marsh Road and the future Hancock Road Extension, the 116-acre development is convenient to U.S. Highway 27 and SR 429, and is an easy commute to downtown Orlando, amusement parks, and a variety of work hubs and employment centers.

The 321-lot subdivision – Dream Finders Homes’ first endeavor in Clermont – will be built in two phases with the first consisting of 174 lots and the second with 147.  Boeneman said construction of models is expected to begin in the first phase later this year.

Because Hartwood Landing is in its early stages, Boeneman said all sales are currently being handled by new home consultants at Dream Finders’ Ardmore Reserve community in Minneola.

When completed, the community will have a number of amenities, including a spacious clubhouse, and a resort-style pool with cabanas.
