The offices will be located in the Milwaukee area, Madison and Appleton. To lead the robust expansion, Landtrust hired seasoned professional Candace Liebner to serve as director of title sales for Wisconsin.

In 2020, 88,685 homes were sold across Wisconsin
– marking the highest annual total on record for homes sold in the state and
7.3% more than in 2019, according to a recent report from the Wisconsin
Realtors Association.
With stronger Wisconsin housing market activity,
Habib said Liebner was a
natural choice to lead the firm’s outreach in the state.
“Anyone familiar with the area’s title insurance

person to oversee these new offices,” said Habib.

Liebner is
based in the Milwaukee area and most recently served as director of strategic
development for Hildebrand Law Firm, LLC, where she created virtual and
