HFF announces sale of Cherry Creek Place I and II in Aurora, CO

 DENVER, CO –– Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P. (HFF) announces the sale of Cherry Creek Place I and II, a two-building, 400,000-square-foot office building in the Denver-area community of Aurora, Colorado.

The HFF team represented the seller, Northstar Commercial Partners, in the transaction.   

Cherry Creek Place I and II is located at 3131 and 3190 South Vaughn Way at the interchange of Interstate 225 and Parker Road in the Aurora submarket. 

 This location has exposure to more than 243,000 vehicles per day and has unparalleled access to the Denver Tech Center, the residential areas of southeast suburban Denver, Denver International Airport and the affluent Cherry Creek area.

The two six-story, Energy Star-rated buildings have average floorplates of approximately 33,000 square feet and offer tenants a host of amenities such as full-service fitness facilities with locker rooms and showers, full service cafes and a conference facility with video equipment. 

Cherry Creek Place I and II is 94.7 percent leased overall to tenants, including Verizon Wireless, ADT, Regus and the State of Colorado.

HFF announces the $12.98 million sale of Kroger-anchored shopping center in Memphis, TN

ATLANTA, GA –– Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P. (HFF) announces the $12.98 million sale of Summer Center, a 136,425-square-foot community shopping center anchored by Kroger and Ross Dress for Less in Memphis, Tennessee.

The HFF team marketed the property on behalf of the seller, BDB Summer Center LLC, a private Atlanta real estate firm.  Additionally, HFF closed the sale of this property to the seller in 2013.

In addition to a high-performing Kroger and Dress for Less, the 90-percent-leased Summer Center is also home to Kroger Fuel Center, Hibbett Sports, H&R Block, Supercuts, Little Caesars, Rainbow, Mad Rag, Advance America, America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses and more. 

Additionally, Summer Center is shadow anchored by Big Lots and T.J.Maxx.  The center is located on 12.7 acres at 4270 Summer Avenue near the intersection of Waring Road and inside the 240 Loop.
