Ware Malcomb Names Lilia Ortiz de Montellano Valdez Regional Manager in Monterrey Office

MONTERREY, Mexico (August 15, 2023) – Ware Malcomb, an award-winning international design firm, today announced Lilia Ortiz de Montellano Valdez has joined the firm as Regional Manager in its Monterrey office.

Ortiz de Montellano Valdez brings more than 20 years of experience to Ware Malcomb. 

She earned degrees in architecture and construction administration from Tecnologico de Monterrey, and a master’s degree in Art’s Education from Universidad Autónoma de Nueva León.  

Ware Malcomb opened its Monterrey office in 2022, its second office in the country. In October, Ware Malcomb will be celebrating its 10th anniversary in Mexico City. The firm has designed over 950 projects in more than 20 states across Mexico.

Steve Regovich joins JLL Value and Risk Advisory as VP, Business Development

CHICAGO, IL – JLL’s Value and Risk Advisory platform announced it has expanded its Data Collection, Environmental and Property Condition (EPC) division with the hiring of Steve Regovich as a Vice President, Business Development.

 

Regovich, based in Cleveland, Ohio, will manage business development for the team, as well as maintain quality and risk management for strategic banking institutions and lender account clients.

Regovich graduated from Cleveland State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Safety Management and is licensed in Hazardous Materials Transportation and Hazardous Waste Operations.

 

He is also an AHERA Accredited Asbestos Inspector and Management Planner and an active member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and the Environmental Bankers Association (EBA).

Florida East Coast Realty Sells Another Coral Gables Office Condo Unit at 2020 Ponce Building for $1.56 Million

MIAMI, FL – Florida East Coast Realty (FECR), an integrated real estate development and management company with more than 60 million square feet of construction completed, has announced the sale of Suite 1101 at its 2020 Ponce office condo building, located in Coral Gables, Florida.

 

The unit is 2,185 usable square feet and sold for $1.56 million ($714/USF).

 

The buyers, Lillian A. Ser and Juan A. Fernandez, own Total Research Group (TRG), which performs high-quality clinical trials that lead to the development of lifesaving medical advances.

Real Estate Investment Industry Veteran Mark Pasierb Joins Kingbird Investment Management as President
