Cotter-Ryan Commercial to start Two-Story, 20,000 SF Headquarters Building at Savannah Park at Heathrow, FL

LONGWOOD, FL --- Cotter-Ryan Commercial, LLC will start construction of a two-story, 20,000 square foot office building in December at Savannah Park at Heathrow in Lake Mary.

William Turner, (bottom left photo) director of operations at Cotter-Ryan, said the firm plans to occupy 6,000 square feet of office space in the new building.

Cotter-Ryan Commercial will lease the remaining space, said Turner.

The building, expected to open in May of next year, will cost an estimated
$2 million to build.

Cotter-Ryan Commercial Completes Site Work, Starts Vertical Construction of 20,000-SFOffice Building in Debary, FL

LONGWOOD, FL --- Cotter-Ryan Commercial has completed site work and started vertical construction of a 20,000 square foot office building at SummerHaven Professional Center, located off Enterprise Rd. and Summerhaven Ave. in DeBary.

William Turner, (top right photo) director of operations at Cotter-Ryan Commercial, LLC, said the three-story tilt-wall building will open in March of next year. Construction will cost $1.5 million, Turner said. SummerHaven Professional Center, LLC, is the developer.

Cotter-Ryan Commercial Executive Will Turner Earns LEED-AP Accreditation

LONGWOOD, FL --- Will Turner, (top right photo) Director of Operations at Cotter-Ryan Commercial, LLC in Longwood, has earned the U.S. Green Building Council’s (USGBC) LEED-AP accreditation as a construction professional who demonstrates in-depth knowledge of the latest energy efficiency and environmental quality techniques.

Scott Ryan, (bottom left photo) president at Cotter-Ryan Commercial LLC, said the USGBC’s LEED-AP accreditation is one of the most sought-after professional designations for good reason.

Turner, who graduated from Michigan State University, joined Cotter-Ryan Commercial nine years ago.

“Architecture, design, planning, development and construction in the U.S. is undergoing a pivotal evolution to meet rising demand for more energy efficient facilities with higher environmental standards,” Ryan said.
