LEE & ASSOCIATES GROWS CENTRAL CALIFORNIA PRESENCE WITH NEW SATELLITE OFFICE IN BAKERSFIELD, CA

BAKERSFIELD, CA  – Lee & Associates, the largest broker-owned commercial real estate firm in North America, has transitioned from a satellite office to a freestanding office, granting them access to Lee & Associates unique capital structure benefits.

The Lee & Associates Central California team, which opened as a Satellite in February of last year, is led by Chad Brock and Michael Ming.

Ware Malcomb Announces Promotions of Lori Ambrusch and Christopher Lazenby in Washington, DC Office

 

Lori Ambrusch

WASHINGTON DC  Ware Malcomb, an award-winning international design firm, has promoted Lori Ambrusch to Regional Director and Christopher Lazenby to Civil Engineering Manager in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. 

In her new role as Regional Director, Ambrusch is responsible for overall office leadership. She previously led the office’s Science & Technology Studio, which she will continue to oversee.

 An active member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), Ambrusch is an award-winning and published designer and regular editorial contributor to Lab Design News.

Ambrusch received her Master of Architecture degree in Urban Design and Certificate in Laboratory Design from Harvard University, and Bachelor of Architecture degree from The Pennsylvania State University.

  She is an industry mentor as part of the ISPE Women in Pharma/Emerging Leaders mentoring program and participates regularly in the Chesapeake Bay Area Chapter. 

With his promotion to Civil Engineering Manager, Lazenby is responsible for growing the office’s civil engineering team, fostering client relationships, developing new business, and working closely with the rest of the D.C. office to continue building the Ware Malcomb presence in the Mid-Atlantic states.

 He joined Ware Malcomb in 2023 as a Senior Project Manager and became the first registered professional engineer for the firm in the region.

Lee & Associates South Florida Welcomes Oscar Musibay as Vice President

MIAMI, FL – Lee & Associates South Florida strengthened its team of office real estate specialists with the arrival of Oscar Musibay as Vice President. Based in Miami, Musibay focuses on office landlord agency and tenant representation throughout the tri-county area.

 Musibay will work closely with Lee & Associates South Florida Principal Bert Checa, who heads up the firm’s Office Landlord Agency and Tenant Representation team.
