Peachtree Appoints Melissa Ross Smith as Chief Operating Officer

ATLANTA, GA – Peachtree Group ("Peachtree") announced the appointment of Melissa Ross Smith as Chief Operating Officer.

 

Ms. Smith will be responsible for the overall performance, strategy and organizational development of Peachtree and its operating businesses.

 

She will report to Greg Friedman, managing principal and CEO, and will be a key executive team member.

Before joining Peachtree, Smith held several high-level positions at renowned organizations, most recently as managing director for OS National. JLL appoints Jaymie Gelino as Chief Operating Officer of Project and Development Services team

CHICAGO, IL– JLL announced the appointment of Jaymie Gelino to Chief Operating Officer of Project and Development Services (PDS). Effective immediately, she is responsible for overseeing all aspects of PDS’ operations efforts to drive efficiency, process improvement and scalability of JLL’s offerings.

 She reports to Todd Burns, President, Project and Development Services, Americas, JLL and is based in Chicago.

“Jaymie’s leadership will be a critical role as we continue to evolve our operating model and focus on simplification and consistency of our business,” Burns said. “Her proven forward-looking thinking will help deliver innovative and effective solutions for our valued clients.”

Prior to her new role, Gelino served as Chief Operating Officer of JLL’s Design Solutions group and as a finance business partner for multiple Markets businesses. Under Gelino’s leadership, the Design Solutions business, formally Big Red Rooster, strategically grew the architectural entity, acquired multi-state licensure, and expanded into the office sector. These investments enabled the business to grow 30 percent in revenue and double in contribution income.

Hold-Thyssen Inks Long-Term Lease to Growing Tech Firm at Ridgewood Square in Port Richey, FL

 Port Richey, FL --- Hold-Thyssen, LLC, a full service commercial real estate services firm with offices in Clearwater and Winter Park, completed a long-term lease agreement with a rapidly growing technology firm at Ridgewood Square,  6436-6438 Ridge Rd., at a major intersection in Port Richey.

 

Bad Wolf, LLC, specializing in engineering, assembly and service of surge protectors and other products leased 2,000 square feet at the office/retail center.  Currently there is only one small office suite available at the center.

Ridgewood Square, with its recent upgrades, has been attracting local businesses seeking high visibility, said Hold-Thyssen Transaction Specialist Carol L. Kinnard, who negotiated the new lease on behalf of Ridgewood Square’s Landlord Robert A. Carroll, II.

 

Earlier this year Kinnard also completed two other lease agreements at Ridgewood Square with established businesses seeking a high profile location -  Ambas Holdings, Inc. leased 1,000 square feet. and MC Games 700 square feet.


 

Ridgewood Square is currently 98 percent leased, up from 85 percent prior to Kinnard’s handling of the leasing there.
