JLL closes $39.75 million sale of Central Florida lifestyle retail center to Columbus Pacific

MIAMI, FL  JLL announced it has closed the $39.75 million sale of Market Street at Heath Brook, a 393,387-square-foot, regionally dominant, mixed-use lifestyle/entertainment village with office space in the Orlando-area community of Ocala, Florida.

Anchored by Dick’s Sporting Goods, Marshalls (opening in October), HomeGoods, Barnes & Noble, DSW, Old Navy and Ulta Beauty, Market Street at Heath Brook is also home to Panera Bread, Orangetheory Fitness and Ocala Eye along with more than 70,000 square feet of office space and a Dillard’s shadow anchor.

The center was constructed in 2008 and is currently being expanded with the addition of a shadow 12-screen Epic Theaters entertainment component scheduled to open in December. 

Additionally, the sale includes more than 60,000 square feet of available space and excess land for future development. 

Situated on 55.1 acres at 4414 SW College Road, the center is in Ocala, the “Horse Capital of the World” and a rapidly growing Central Florida destination approximately 80 miles northwest of Orlando. 

Market Street at Heath Brook is the only major retail hub within a 30-mile radius and is located on the main retail thoroughfare in the trade area, which includes about 258,000 residents.

Sendoso Arizona relocates and expands into multi-floor Camelback Road offices in Scottsdale

PHOENIX, AZ, Oct. 8, 2019 – San Francisco-based Sendoso has inked a new lease that increases its Phoenix-area footprint from 4,200 to 36,000 square feet and relocates the company from The Quad in Scottsdale to two full floors – including premier penthouse space – at 6900 E. Camelback Rd.

Sendoso, which provides customized direct mail and gifting for customers across all industry platforms, is now located in the heart of the Camelback Road/Scottsdale Fashion Square corridor.

The new offices house Sendoso’s sales and customer success operations, which the company expects to grow by more than 200 local jobs by the end of the year.

Non-profit RErescue.org on a mission to grow the rescue-pet foster volunteer community with national awareness campaign

Los Angeles, CA, Oct. 8, 2019 – RErescue.org, the non-profit organization dedicated to growing the foster-volunteer community, is stepping up its activities with a national “moonshot” campaign to reach out to every homeowner in the USA by the end of 2024 and share this lifesaving message: “fostering saves rescue pets.”

Every Door 2024 is a “moonshot mission” that RErescue.org and its founder, Brian Fitzburgh, are basing the organization’s activities around as they plan community activities and a focused membership drive. 

As a coalition of real estate agents who love animals, they are raising awareness that “fostering saves rescue pets” at their open houses and local public events, RErescue.org is aiming to grow its national membership to be 24,000 strong and reach out to every homeowner in the USA by the end of 2024 in order to grow the foster volunteer community.




 “That’s about 80 million homes!” says Fitzburgh. “Just imagine that kind of widespread awareness that ‘fostering saves rescue pets’ and saving thousands and thousands of homeless animals. That’s our moonshot! We’re stepping it up, stepping up big, to really make a difference.”



Seeking only to raise awareness, and not asking anyone to actually foster, adopt or donate, RErescue.org is a uniquely altruistic organization driven purely by passion for pets, and led by a real estate agent who has made this non-profit a full-time passion project.
