Developer Michael Collard Properties Relocates to Downtown Winter Park, FL

 WINTER PARK, FL --- Hold-ThyssenInc., a full service commercial real estate firm, closed on a five-year lease agreement with developer Michael Collard Properties for their new location in downtown Winter Park.  

 Darby Hold, Senior Director at Hold-Thyssen, negotiated the lease on behalf of New England Partners, LLC, the landlord at 243 West Park Avenue where the successful commercial real estate developer leased Suite 201 with 1,023 rentable square feet.

Twenty Four Seven Hotels Names Phil Norman Executive Vice-President of People Resources & Development

 NEWPORT BEACH, CA —Twenty Four Seven Hotels, a third-party hospitality management company for premium-branded, select-service and lifestyle hotel segments in the western U.S., has named Phil Norman executive vice-president of people resources & development.

   In the newly created position, Norman will oversee and provide executive oversight for talent management, including leadership development, organizational capability and change management.

Most recently, Norman was chief human resources officer with Canyon Ranch where he operated HR functions across geographically distributed locations and brands with 1,840 U.S. employees across hotels and cruise ships. 

 He also held similar positions as human resources director at both the Homestead, America’s oldest resort property dating to 1766, and the Arizona Biltmore Resort & Spa, overseeing 1,250 team members, while ensuring safety and building an inclusive environment.  Norman is accredited as Senior Certified Professional by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP) and Senior Professional in Human Resources by HRCI (SPHR).
