KAI Engineering Continues Growth with New Hire Selina Witherspoon as Director of Mechanical Engineering in Dallas-Fort Worth Office

St. Louis, MO -- KAI announced the hiring of Selina Witherspoon, PE, CEM as Director of Mechanical Engineering at its Dallas-Fort Worth office.     Witherspoon comes to KAI with 14 years of Mechanical Engineering experience, having previously worked for Syska Hennessy in Dallas.   “Selina is a wonderful addition to our KAI Engineering team in DFW. Her background with a diverse mix of project types and complexities is well aligned with our KAI portfolio and growth strategy,” said KAI Managing Partner Brad Simmons,  FAIA. She is a registered Professional Engineer in Texas as well as a Certified Energy Manager. She is also a member of the Society of Women Engineers.

JLL Denver Capital Markets office hires office investment specialist Hilary Barnett

DENVER, CO – JLL Capital Markets has hired Senior Director Hilary Barnett to focus on office investment sales advisory transactions in Denver and the Rocky Mountain region.

 

Based out of the Denver office, Barnett brings with her more than 14 years of commercial real estate experience. She comes to JLL from another leading commercial real estate firm where she was one of the market’s top office leasing brokers.

Barnett joins a JLL Capital Markets team focused on institutional office investment sales and led by Senior Managing Director Mark Katz and Senior Director Peter Merrion.
