M/I Homes closes on new town home site in East Orlando, FL

 ORLANDO, FL --- M/I Homes has closed on Econ Landing, a new town home community in located near S. Econlockhatchee Trail in East Orlando.

David Byrnes, area president for M/I Homes in the Central Florida region, said 200 town homes will be built.

The town homes, according to Byrnes, will range from 1,600 square feet of living area to 1,900 square feet and will be priced from $220,000 to $250,000.

NAI Realvest Negotiates Sale of 19,800+ Square Foot Office Building for $1.95 Million on U.S. 1 in Bunnell, FL

Bunnell, FL-- NAI Realvest, based in Orlando, recently negotiated the sale of the 19,873 square foot office building located at 3235 N. State St. (U.S. 1) in Bunnell for $1,950,000.00.     

Chris Butera, investment associate at NAI Realvest, brokered the transaction representing the local seller, Austin RE Holdco LLC.       

 Orefield, Pa.-based GCG Properties was the buyer of the building which is 100 percent triple net leased by a single tenant for its corporate office headquarters.

HFF arranges joint venture equity and construction financing for the Center at Pearland Parkway in Pearland, TX

HOUSTON, TX – HFF announced it has arranged joint venture equity and construction financing for the Center at Pearland Parkway, a 165,000-square-foot, Class A, power center development in Pearland, Texas.

               HFF worked exclusively on behalf of the developer, Stream Realty Partners, to arrange a joint venture with Dallas-based Thackeray Partners.  In addition, HFF secured a construction loan through Bank of the Ozarks. 

               The Center at Pearland Parkway is situated on a 27-acre site at the northwest quadrant of FM 518 and Pearland Parkway, southeast of Houston’s central business district.

  Due for completion in fourth quarter 2014, the property is positioned adjacent to a 146,000-square-foot Lowe’s and will be shadow-anchored by a new HEB grocery store scheduled to open this spring.  The property is pre-leased to national tenants including TJ Maxx and Ross Dress for Less.

Celebration Golf Management promotes four to General Manager

CELEBRATION, FL --- Celebration Golf Management recently promoted Jay Scruggs to general manager at Eagle Creek Golf Club in Southeast Orlando.

Scruggs has been with Celebration Golf Management since 2005 and formerly served as general manager at two other Celebration Golf Management courses – Legends Golf & Country Club and Kings Ridge in Clermont. 

Kenny Nairn chief operating officer of Celebration Golf Management also promoted Scott Schmidtberger to general manager at The Legends golf club.  He formerly served as assistant general manager and at Stoneybrook West Golf Club.

Lee Williamson, formerly head golf professional at Kings Ridge Golf Club, was promoted to general manager at Stoneybrook West and Nick Hall is now the general manager at Kings Ridge Golf Club.  Hall was formerly the Golf Operations Manager at Legends.
