ORLANDO, FL --- M/I Homes
has closed on Econ Landing, a new town
home community in located near S. Econlockhatchee Trail in East Orlando.
David Byrnes, area
president for M/I Homes in the Central Florida region, said 200 town homes will
be built.
The town homes, according
to Byrnes, will range from 1,600 square feet of living area to 1,900 square
feet and will be priced from $220,000 to $250,000.
