Emerson International Reports Three New Lease Agreements Totaling 5,415 SF of Office Space

ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, FL. --- Emerson International, which is developing CenterPointe Office Park (centered  photo below) on CenterPointe Circle off E. Central Parkway in Altamonte Springs, recently negotiated two new long-term lease agreements that total 4,023 square feet of office space.

Eric J. Emerson, vice president and general manager of Emerson International, said Peabody Research Corp. leased 1,800 square feet of space at CenterPointe Office Park and AWC, Inc. leased 2,223 square feet.

Sean Westcott, director of leasing at Emerson International, negotiated both lease agreements representing the landlord.

Westcott negotiated a third lease agreement at SanLando Center, located on West S.R. 434 in Longwood, where Starboard Consulting, LLC, leased 1,392 square feet of office space.

Emerson International Closes on Six Leases Totaling 8,000 SF of Office Space in Altamonte Springs, FL

ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, Fla. - Emerson International recently closed on six lease agreements that total 8,091 square feet of office space in Altamonte Springs.

Sean Westcott, director of leasing at Emerson International, negotiated four long-term lease agreements that total 4,761 square feet of office space at CenterPointe Office Park, on CenterPointe Circle off E. Central Parkway in Altamonte Springs.

Connected Solutions, a communications services firm leased 1,114 square feet; the Republican Party of Seminole County leased 845 square feet; JAG Holdings, LLC, leased 993 square feet; and Diana Pilatovsky M.A., L.M.H.C., a licensed mental health counselor, leased 809 square feet.

Westcott negotiated two long-term lease agreements that total 4,330 square feet at Altamonte Lakeside Office Park, on Cranes Roost Blvd. in Altamonte Springs.

Peridot Corp., a precision manufacturing firm specializing in a broad range of component parts, leased 2,843 square feet of office space.

Peridot was represented in the transaction by Joe Hills of Coglin Commercial Realty. GP Digital Solutions, Inc., an authorized Xerox sales agent, leased 1,487 square feet.

Emerson International in Altamonte Springs to take part in Anniversary events to honor U.K. based The Emerson Group

Emerson International Negotiates Four Lease Agreements for 13,125SF of Office Space at Major Center Plaza in Southwest Orlando

ORLANDO, Fla. - Emerson International recently negotiated four lease transactions that total 13,125 square feet of office space at Major Center Plaza (top right photo) in southwest Orlando near Universal Studios.

Kenneth Koch, Commercial Portfolio Manager for Emerson International, negotiated a new long-term lease at 5750 Major Center Blvd. that totals 4,761 square feet of office space. Dream Balloon Enterprises, LLC, is the new tenant.

Koch negotiated three other lease transactions in the Major Center Plaza building at 5728 Major Blvd.

ADP, Inc. (Automated Data Processing) renewed its lease of 6,593 square feet of office space. Jones Lang LaSalle Global Real Estate represented ADP, Inc.

Koch negotiated two new leases in the same office building with Protechnica Technology Consulting Services who leased 800 square feet and Force Travel & Leisure who leased 971 square feet.
