Owner-user acquires industrial building in San Diego, CA area for $2 million

SOLD: 5,474-square-foot freestanding industrial building
 located at 110 Venture Street in San Marcos, Ca. 

 SAN DIEGO, CA – Confirming demand for owner-occupied industrial buildings in North San Diego County, JLL announced it represented the buyer in the acquisition of a 5,474-square-foot freestanding industrial building located at 110 Venture Street in San Marcos, California.   North City Enterprise, LLC acquired the building for $2.05 million for the expansion and relocation of its business.

According to JLL’s Q3 San Diego Industrial Insights Report, North County San Diego industrial fundamentals remain fairly stable with 6 percent vacancy and 56,199 square feet of quarterly net absorption.
