JLL expands brokerage team in Las Vegas, NV

LAS VEGAS, NV – With continued growth of the Las Vegas commercial real estate market, JLL has expanded its brokerage business in the region.

 The firm has hired 10-year Las Vegas commercial real estate veteran
Travis Landes, SIOR as Executive Vice President. Landes will specialize leasing and marketing office properties on behalf of owners and landlords in Nevada with a primary focus on Las Vegas.

 Landes joins JLL from a global commercial real estate firm where he specialized in office and medical office leasing in Nevada. His expertise includes site selection, lease negotiations, acquisitions, and dispositions on behalf of a wide range companies from small startups to large corporations. 

Throughout his career, Landes has completed transactions valued at over $600 million. He is active member of SIOR and is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno.

Judge Realty Hires Jessica Nelson as Director of Residential Property Management and Michael Trulson as Leasing Agent and Maintenance Coordinator

SAVANNAH, GA – Judge Realty – a leading commercial, residential and property management firm proudly headquartered in Savannah, Ga. – recently hired 

Jessica Nelson as the company’s Director of Residential Property Management and Michael Trulson as the firm’s Leasing and Maintenance Coordinator.

In her new position, Nelson manages the firm’s residential properties and works closely with owners to ensure that properties are well maintained and generate maximum return on investment.

 

Before joining Judge Realty, she worked in property management at a local company for three years. She also worked in the construction industry for two years and served as a retail management specialist for four years.  

 

Originally from Effingham County, Nelson wanted to stay local and chose to attend Georgia Southern University. She is a licensed Realtor in Georgia and a community volunteer who currently serves as a youth sports coach and is active in her children’s school. She lives in Springfield, Ga.

 

In his position at Judge Realty, Trulson handles incoming leads for sales associates, lease renewals, tenant relationship management and maintenance and property inspections. He previously worked as general sales manager at a major powersports dealership after moving to Savannah in 2011.

 

A licensed Realtor and experienced handyman, Trulson began investing in real estate and property in 2014 and fell in love with the business. Before joining Judge Realty, he managed his own portfolio of investment properties. Originally from Chicago, he currently lives in Savannah’s Baldwin Park neighborhood.
