Avanath Capital Management appoints Carly Stevenson executive vice president of property management

 IRVINE, CA, Dec. 21, 2022 – Avanath Capital Management, LLC, a private real estate investment manager, announces the expansion of its executive leadership team with the appointment of Carly Stevenson, a property management industry veteran, as Executive Vice President of Property Management.

Drawing upon more than 20 years of experience, Stevenson will help expand and bolster the continued success of Avanath’s property management division as the firm continues to acquire and manage new multifamily properties across the nation with a focus on affordable, workforce, and seniors housing, according to Daryl Carter, Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Avanath.

BLT Enterprises secures 10-year lease with BMW Designworks at Santa Monica, CA office building

The tenant, Designworks—the design innovation studio for the BMW Group—has relocated its U.S. headquarters in response to the evolving demands of today’s work-life balance.

Ware Malcomb announces construction completed on Building C at National Capital Business Park in Ottawa, Canada

OTTAWA, Ontario, Canada – Ware Malcomb, an award-winning international design firm, announced that construction is complete on Building C at National Capital Business Park, an industrial campus developed by Avenue 31 and located at 1000 Last Mile Road in Ottawa, Ontario.



Ware Malcomb provided the architecture, interior design and branding services for the 145,000 square foot industrial facility. 

This is the first of seven speculative buildings in the industrial park. The building is designed to accommodate multiple tenants with each exterior entry featuring a distinctive ACM color to create a sense of identity.

The building features 32’ clear heights and has an overall sleek modern design with full pre-cast dock area including fenced outdoor storage. 



“This project was built on one of the most prominent undeveloped industrial pieces of land in Ottawa,” said

Peachtree Hospitality Management Names Rachel Huang Vice President of Hotel Analytics & Support

 ATLANTA, GA, Dec. 21, 2022 – Peachtree Hospitality Management ("PHM"), an affiliate of Peachtree Group, named Rachel Huang as vice president of hotel analytics & support. She will report to Patrick Short, PHM's president.

 

Huang brings with her 20-plus years of international hospitality analytics and project management experience.

 

She will lead PHM's business intelligence strategy in providing data-backed decision support across multiple functions in her new role.
