CrossMarc Services Brokers Third Restaurant Lease for Fazoli’s

 KISSIMMEE, FL --  CrossMarc Services, LLC,  based in Winter Park and one of the Southeast’s fastest growing commercial real estate firms, recently completed a long-term lease agreement at 5015 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway in Kissimmee for another Fazoli’s planned for opening in Q4 of this year.  


 
Brian K. Watson, CCIM, Vice President of Sales and Leasing at CrossMarc Services, brokered the lease of the former Arby’s Restaurant, a  2,802 square foot free-standing building on a 0.69-acre site representing the tenant, Keys Restaurants, Inc.  The landlord, The Louis P. Thomas III Family Limited Partnership of Palmetto, FL, was not represented in the transaction.

Keys Restaurants, a developer of Fazoli’s fast casual Italian restaurants was established in 2021 to bring the fast, fresh, Italian restaurants back into Central Florida.

 

The location – US 192 between SR 535 and SR 417 – is in close proximity or within minutes from Walt Disney World, Celebration, Star Island Resort, and big box stores like Wal-Mart Super Center. More than 13,000 households are within a 10 minute drive.

 

The Kissimmee location is the third one for Keys Restaurants owners Rodney and Brady Keys, III. Keys’ first location, in Plant City, 238 W. Alexander Street opened in early 2022.

 

Keys Restaurants opened their second location in Orlando’s Baldwin Park neighborhood at 4201 E Colonial Drive in late September 2023.

Max Benjamin Partners secures $16.5 million loan for constructing a multifamily property in San Diego, CA

 SAN DIEGO, CAMax Benjamin Partners (MBP), a boutique real estate advisory firm that provides innovative capital solutions to developers and investors, announced it has secured a $16.5 million loan for the construction of 10th & Robinson, a 70-unit multifamily community located at in the Hillcrest neighborhood of San Diego, California.

“Despite the challenging lending climate, we were able to secure a non-recourse construction loan from a local Southern California lender and close in just 29 days,” said Moyal. 

 

10th and Robinson is nestled in a quiet residential area just minutes from retail and dining.  Combined with its sister building, it will have abundant amenities including a pool, co-working space, gym, and high-end finishes.
