SAN FRANCISCO, CA – ONE65, a unique culinary concept that offers four distinct French dining experiences under one roof,  celebrates the opening of the first floor: ONE65 Patisserie & Boutique.

Claude Le Tohic in kitchen
The vision of James Beard-award winning, Michelin-starred Chef/Partner Claude Le Tohic, ONE65 occupies six floors in the heart of San Francisco’s Union Square at 165 O’Farrell Street.  ONE65 Patisserie & Boutique is the first of the four restaurants to open, with the remaining concepts to follow over the next several weeks.

“We are beyond excited to welcome San Francisco and the world to ONE65,” said Le Tohic. “We are looking forward to unveiling each unique concept by introducing them one by one, culminating with the opening of O’.

"It’s my first namesake restaurant, and I am so proud to open it in this globally recognized food city. We have assembled a skilled culinary team, spanning nearly every continent, to make our dream a reality.”

Chef de Cuisine Jennifer Dewasha
ONE65 Patisserie & Boutique, located on the street level, offers guests a contemporary French patisserie experience with classic bistro seating and casual breakfast and lunch offerings, including quick-to-go options.

The ONE65 Patisserie & Boutique menu features an extensive range of house-made delights, including freshly baked French pastries, breads, plats du jour, daily soups, barista service and a selection of wines available on tap.  The Patisserie also offers hand-crafted chocolates, ice creams, traditional French macarons, and other delicacies, all made in-house.

Marc Dimalanta

Designed by D-Scheme Studio’s architect and president, Marc Dimalanta, the Patisserie pays homage to the classic French style, with white marble countertops, white wood paneling and black tile flooring.

The simplicity of the black and white design provides an ideal backdrop for showcasing the artisan pastries.  The ONE65 Patisserie & Boutique’s high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling glass façade create a bright, clean open space that welcomes the day and connects with the energy of the street.

Additional floors that will open following the Patisserie are as follows:

ONE65 Bistro & Grill – Second and Third Floors

Located on the third floor (with additional seating on the second floor), ONE65 Bistro & Grill, managed by Chef de Cuisine Jennifer Dewasha, will serve breakfast, lunch, dinner and weekend brunch.  The menu showcases local, seasonal fare, minimally prepared to allow the ingredients to shine.

Trevin Huchins
An open kitchen connects guests to the food preparation in an interactive, social setting, within a modern, environmentally sustainable décor.

Bar seating beside the open kitchen allows guests to watch the culinary team at work as they prepare ONE65’s wide variety of offerings. The ONE65 Bistro & Grill menu features contemporary French “comfort” food.

ELEMENTS at ONE65 – Fourth Floor

One of the city’s few upper floor bars, Elements at ONE65 is a sophisticated destination lounge with artfully designed seating areas that invite varied types of socializing, from bar seating overlooking the open wine cellar, to low, plush armchairs, to a long communal table for sampling whiskies.

A sleek wall of whiskey lockers allows regulars to store and showcase their personal prized bottles to enjoy when they visit.

Overseen by Beverage Director Trevin Hutchins, Elements will serve an extensive range of cocktails, fine wines and whiskies in a luxurious, intimate setting.

The menu from ONE65 Bistro & Grill will be available for casual dining at Elements, offering inviting options to enjoy with cocktails inspired by the four elements: air, water, earth and fire.

Christian Andrade
This floor will also offer afternoon tea service from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.  Seductive lighting and dark walls create a soothing palette that is punctuated with bright accents of intricate brass detailing and intriguing art details.

O’ by Claude Le Tohic – Fifth and Sixth Floors, as well as a Chef’s Table
The O’ from O’Farrell reminded Le Tohic of the French “eau,” meaning water.  Le Tohic has developed a refined menu based on the elements of water, fire and earth.

Luxurious but not pretentious, O’ will offer modern French cuisine with elegant and attentive service. On the sixth floor, an intimate room with a spacious Chef’s Table for eight guests offers a window on O’s state-of-the-art kitchen for a unique culinary experience.

Two additional private dining rooms are available on the sixth floor:  The Cherrywood Room offers seating for up to 20 guests, while The Moss Room can accommodate up to six guests.

The six-story ONE65 restaurant is located at 165 O’Farrell Street
in San Francisco's Union Square district.
Renowned photographer and artist Christian Andrade has created a visual experience that enhances the restaurant’s elemental themes throughout the space.  Andrade’s pieces are wholly integrated into the restaurant’s design, installed within the walls and as part of the architecture.

Even the menus are integrated into the overall experience – printed on transparent paper and presented on pieces of birch wood – each uniquely painted with images of water, fire and earth.

ONE65 is located at 165 O’Farrell Street in the City’s Union Square district.  ONE65 Patisserie & Boutique will open at 7:30 a.m. daily.  For more information about ONE65, please visit ONE65sf.com.

Kristin Davis
BRENTWOOD, CA  -- According  to TopTenRealEstateDeals.comKristin Davis, who played prim and proper Charlotte York on the award-winning HBO series Sex and the City, has just listed her Brentwood, Los Angeles home for $3.095 million.

Mimi McCormick and Maureen McCormick of Compass Realty in Brentwood have the listing.  Source: compass.com

Cynthia Nixon

Kristin and her on-screen cohorts, Sarah Jessica Parker, Kim Cattrall and Cynthia Nixon each made millions from the series that ran from 1998 through 2004 and the two sequel films made in 2006 (Sex and the City) and 2010 (Sex and the City 2).

The program was must-see TV for young women who had always dreamed of what their lives would be like as single, carefree women living a charmed life in New York City.

Kim Cattrall
But for those who were too timid to take the step or others who had chosen marriage over adventure, watching the love lives, beautiful clothes and social antics of the four female characters let them vicariously escape to the city even if it was only for thirty minutes a week.

Both Time and TV Guide listed the program as one of the best television series of all time and it remains in syndication today.

Sarah Jessica Parker
Built in 1978, just as mid-century modern was evolving into contemporary architecture, this privately situated home sits on a cul-de-sac sheltered on both sides by trees and thick hedging, opening in the back to attention-grabbing views over the canyon and city through walls of glass doors and from the outside deck.

Mimi McCormick
A private garden runs down the side of the house. Spacious and airy, the 4,043-square-foot, four-bedroom, five-bath home has large rooms throughout from the main living area with vaulted-beamed ceilings and wet bar, kitchen with walk-in pantry and island dining, laundry room, dining room, office, home theater and unusually large master suite that has a sizable partially enclosed flex area large enough for gym equipment or office.

Maureen McCormick

There are separate guest quarters with bedroom, kitchenette, living room, bath and an attached two-car garage.

Davis owned the property for over 20 years and has now moved into a larger home in the Brentwood neighborhood.

In addition to her role as Charlotte in Sex and the City, she also appeared in Melrose Place, General Hospital and the sitcom Bad Teacher
