San Francisco –- CBRE National Partners arranged the sale of a Class A distribution facility in Salt Lake City, Utah to Lincoln Property Company, a global, full-service real estate firm. The price was not disclosed.

JLL Capital Markets’ Peter Yorck to join its Southeast multi-housing team

ATLANTA, GA,-–  JLL Capital Markets announced Senior Managing Director Peter Yorck has joined its Southeast multi-housing investment sales team, based in the Atlanta office, after spending eight years with JLL/HFF in both the Los Angeles and San Francisco offices.

 In his new role, Yorck will grow institutional multi-housing sales for the greater Atlanta and Nashville markets.


Yorck will be working alongside partners on the Southeast multi-housing investment sales team, which include Senior Managing Director John Weber, Managing Director Bill Shippen, Senior Director Vic Ciancetta and Director Nick Brown.

 

Investor interest has proven to be strong throughout the Atlanta market, and specifically, from 2021 through 2022, the area saw north of $36 billion in multi-housing investment sales transactions close.

Kieran Miller, MAI, and Justin Perkins join JLL Value and Risk Advisory multi-housing team in New York and Los Angeles

NEW YORK, NY,  Oct. 19, 2023 – JLL’s Value and Risk Advisory platform announced today that it has hired two multi-housing experts in key gateway markets.

 Kieran Miller, MAI, joined the firm as a Senior Director in New York City and Justin Perkins has joined as a Director in Los Angeles.

 

Miller and Perkins will focus on multi-housing value and risk advisory assignments and will report to Peter Rastetter, MAI and Aaron DeCollibus, MAI, CCIM, AI-GRS, Executive Directors for the national multi-housing practice in New York and the West Coast, respectively.

Miller is a graduate of St. Lawrence University in Canton, New York.

 



Aaron DeCollibus
Perkins joins JLL from BBG, Inc. where he was a Senior Appraiser involved in the valuation of a variety of investment-grade properties across the U.S.

 In addition to his valuation background, he spent time at James Capital Advisors as a Senior Associate working with loan originators to underwrite loans for commercial properties and at CIT Group as an Assistant Vice President Portfolio Management/Underwriting.

 Perkins has a Bachelor of Arts and a Masters in Real Estate Development from New York University.

JLL arranges sale of SLS Brickell in Miami

located in Miami’s Brickell submarket 
 

 MIAMI, FL JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality group announced on behalf of Constellation Hotels Holdings that the firm has arranged the sale of SLS Brickell, a 124-room luxury and lifestyle hotel located in Miami’s Brickell submarket for the second time.

The Kastrati Group acquired the hotel for $53.5 million and was represented by Jordan Karp and Disruptive Real Estate. The sale did not include the restaurant space formerly known as Bazaar Mar by Jose Andres, as JLL had sold it in a separate transaction to Black Lion Investment Group in Q1 of 2023.

 The seller was also represented by Latham & Watkins in the disposition, led by Michelle Kelban, Global Co-Chair of the firm’s Real Estate Practice, and Aaron Friberg counsel in the firm’s San Diego office.

 

“This transaction was a great opportunity to work with the Constellation team again and to continue our global relationship,” said Dickey.

Amenities include nearly 58,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space, an upscale three-meal restaurant, three bars and lounges, and an expansive rooftop pool and spa.
