Commercial buildings and industrial plants that rate in the top 25 percent of facilities in the nation for energy efficiency may qualify for the Energy Star.

200 Galleria is professionally managed by Brett Earp, vice president of Asset Management, Grubb & Ellis Realty Investors, who is joined by a property management team headed by Deborah Warren of Grubb & Ellis Company.
