Partyka, (bottom right photo) Christie Alexander (top right photo) and George Livingston, (bottom left photo) negotiated the transaction on behalf of the tenant, Orlando-based TLC Engineering for Architecture, one of the largest engineering firms in the Southeast with nine offices in Florida and Tennessee.
