NAI Realvest Negoatiates New Lease for 7,800 SFof Retail Space in Tavares, FL




MAITLAND, F – NAI Realvest recently negotiated a new lease agreement for 7,800 square feet retail space at 335 Duncan Drive in Tavares.

 NAI Realvest Principals Matt Cichocki (top right photo) and Kevin O’ Connor (bottom left photo) negotiated the lease agreement representing the landlord, S & M Properties Investments, LLC of Orlando. 

 The tenant, Design Lab, Inc. based in Taylors, S.C. manufactures and sells uniforms for government, law enforcement, fire and EMS agencies.   The Tavares location – the former Master Tile building – will serve as Design Lab’s retail outlet for Lake County.
