FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., July 25, 2012 – Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC) has named Steve Goldwyn (top right photo) an associate director in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office, according to William E. Hughes, senior vice president and managing director of MMCC.
In his new position, Goldwyn will arrange debt and equity transactions for all types of commercial real estate, including multifamily, office buildings, industrial facilities, shopping centers, self-storage properties and manufactured home communities.
