ORLANDO, FL (October 9, 2012): Morrison Commercial Real Estate announced the completion of a
sale transaction totaling $1.8 Million.
Damien Madsen of Morrison Commercial Real Estate
represented the seller, BankFirst, in the sale of the property located at 2455
S. US Hwy 17/92 in Longwood, FL.
Wood Belcher and Susan Washburn of
CBRE-Orlando represented the buyer, Agree 17/92, LLC, in this transaction. They will soon begin work in developing a
Wawa Store on this site.
