Southeast (Lincoln) has brokered the accounting firm Saltmarsh, Cleaveland
& Gund’s new lease of 3,200 square feet in Baldwin Park Building III
in Orlando. The lease brings the Class-A building’s occupancy rate to 100
percent.

transaction, and John Gay of Cresa represented the tenant.
The three-story,
45,000-square-foot Building III is located at 4798 New Broad Street in
the Baldwin Park Village Center, the business and retail center of the Baldwin
Park neighborhood. The site is within walking distance of many restaurants and
is just three miles from downtown Orlando.
