five years remaining on a recently extended NN lease term with one three-year
renewal option. Originally constructed as a build-to-suit, the property has
been occupied by FedEx since 1998.
The
property is strategically located in a dense area of Alpharetta, 25 miles north
of downtown Atlanta in a solid performing industrial submarket with strong
demographics.
