180 Baldwin Ave. redevelopment site, Jersey City, NJ
|
FLORHAM PARK, NJ – HFF announced today that it has closed
the sale of a 5.20-acre redevelopment site at 180 Baldwin Avenue in
Jersey City, New Jersey.
Michael Nachamkin |
HFF
marketed the property exclusively on behalf of the seller, 180 Baldwin,
LLC. 180 Baldwin Avenue, LLC purchased
the site.
180
Baldwin Avenue is located in the Journal Square section of Jersey City
with close proximity to the PATH train providing access to Midtown Manhattan. The property is currently improved with a
300,000-square-foot manufacturing building that was the former Mueller Pasta
Factory.
The
HFF team representing the seller was led by managing director Michael
Nachamkin.
“There
are very few opportunities in Jersey City for new development and even fewer of
this size,” said Nachamkin. “This site
is an ideal location for an office or retail development in the heart of one of
the most densely populated areas in the country.”
