Quest Workspaces signed a 32,000 square foot renewal & expansion at Espirito
Santo Plaza located in Miami’s Brickell Financial District.
The executive suite
company expanded by 13,000 square feet while renewing their existing lease of
19,000 square feet bringing the office building’s occupancy to 99%. The mixed-use property also includes the Conrad
Miami Hotel and 10 floors of luxury condominiums.

“Since opening three years ago we have attracted Miami's top

configurations will allow us to accommodate all budgets and companies,” Kozelouzek adds.
The Taylor &
