Michael Heidrich,
a principal at NAI Realvest negotiated the transaction representing the seller
and developer Small Bay Partners, LLC of Maitland.
Walter J. Bezerra of Sanford purchased unit 1124 with
1,350 square feet to expand his vitamin distribution business. The unit includes an office and
restroom.
The buyer, who also
owns the 2,700 square foot unit next door, was represented in this transaction
by Tomomi Morimoto of GPM Properties LLC.
