the buyer, a Los Angeles-based private partnership, Collins 36 Ltd. Cheryl
Pestor of NAI Capital represented the private seller. The closing cap rate
was 6 percent.

with Popeye’s Chicken as its anchor tenant,” said Kenworthy. “The buyer was
attracted to a stable, passive investment in a well-located, heavy populated
area.”
