Winter Park, FL --- Hold-Thyssen Real Estate Services, a
commercial property firm based in Winter Park with offices in Tampa and
Nashville, recently negotiated seven lease agreements in 90 days at an office
building located at 12200 W. Colonial Drive in Winter Garden.

Real Estate Services, said Leasing Agent Therese Taylor negotiated all
seven lease agreements representing the landlord, 12200 W. Colonial Drive LLC.
The lease agreements at the executive suite facility include
three new tenants, Amanda Singh and Smart Solutions Realty, Cora Fulmore and
Express Global Medical Services.
Tenants Hope Alexander, Xtreme Business Concepts, DM
Transportation and Provectus all executed renewal leases for the suites they
occupy.
