SAN ANTONIO, TX – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a
leading commercial real estate investment services firm with offices throughout
the United States and Canada, announced that it is marketing for sale Shavano
Center III, a 63,501-square-foot three-story office building in San
Antonio. The $12.5 million listing price equates to $197 per square foot.
